The terms and conditions as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and AQUAMARINE CRUISE (aquamarine-cruise.com). Please kindly read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These terms and conditions are applied to all our services directly (made available online) or indirectly (by email, fax, telephone with email confirmation). By entering, access, browsing and/or made a reservation, you agree that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions as show below. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
All prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars ($). Our prices for tour are generally per person, except for special tours or promotion which will be note under price table is available. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services which we arrange on your behalf. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you.
2. Make a booking
Your booking/reservation should be made through aquamarine-cruise.com by using our online booking system or booking direct at our office, sent email to our contact details.

Either full payment or a deposit of 30% of total cost will be required and decided base on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods.
Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.
We accept many kinds of payments so please choose the most convenient way for you from list below:
- Credit card: You can easily pay online through OnePAY payment gateway (Additional 3% booking fee) or through POS machine when we meet directly in Hanoi.
- PayPal: We accept your payment through PayPal account. Please note that 4.5% currency exchange fee and 3 USD withdrawal fee will be charged.
- Bank transfer: You can pay through bank transfer to reduce the bank fee. For our bank account details, contact by email for more details.
- Cash: You can pay by cash at our office or at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
NOTE: Additional fees may charged if you settle by using credit card. Your bank/card company or other payment provider may charge processing fees, fees, or exchange fee which is unrelated to our company.
4. Final Payment
Final payment should be made after you arrive Hanoi. Payment by cash or credit cards both are accepted.
5. Cancellations & Refund of Unused services
Cancellation fees of booking will be calculated from all local suppliers as our partners have their own cancellation policy. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual cruise, under the “Policies & Other Information” tab.
Cancellation by the suppliers for reasons related to a force majeure situation, such as government restriction or regulation, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., customers will receive refund amount depending on specific conditions. If the tour has yet taken place, full refund will be made. If the tour is in progress, a partial refund will be made, any unused portion of a tour for whatever reason is not refundable.
There will be no refund or exchange can if customer decides to opt out while the tour in ongoing. If you have not used any of the services, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.
6. Special requests
You must let us know at the time of making your booking if you have special requests or needs (such as ground floor accommodation, disability access or specific dietary requirements). We will try to meet any request you have, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every person’s needs and we make no promises and take no responsibility for special requests which we are unable to fulfil.
7. Liability and Insurance
We will do everything possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. However, we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers.
Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
All confirmations are generally confirmed by e-mail within 1 (one) working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
We occasionally take photos during our tours for use in promotional material. Unless you advise us otherwise, you consent to such use of your photographic/video likeness.
